1. Shipping Costs
Shipping is Free for all products. This amount will be applied to your total at checkout.
2. Processing & Delivery Times
- Order Processing: We get to work right away! All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Estimated Delivery: Once processed, your order will typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
- The Fine Print: Delivery windows are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. If your order is experiencing an unusual delay, please contact us at service@phaf.shop and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the continental United States. Please note that shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is not available at this time.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your shipment’s progress through the link provided in the email, directly on our website, or via the carrier’s tracking portal.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Items: Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If an item is damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can make it right.

6. International Shipping
Currently, Phaf Inc only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
7. Changes to Orders
Need to pivot? We allow changes to shipping addresses or order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Once the processing window has passed, we are unable to modify or cancel the order.
