Phaf Warranty Policy

At Phaf, we build our furniture to last. This warranty applies to all Phaf products purchased through our official Shopify store, Walmart Marketplace, or other authorized Phaf retail channels.

## What's Covered

**3-Year Limited Warranty** on all Phaf beds and sofas, covering:

- **Structural frame defects** — manufacturing defects in the bed base, sofa frame, or support structure under normal household use
- **Foam defects** — abnormal indentation, splitting, or cracking of the foam core not caused by misuse
- **Upholstery/fabric defects** — manufacturing flaws in stitching, seams, or fabric attachment present at time of delivery

## What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

- Normal wear and tear, including gradual foam softening over time
- Damage from misuse, abuse, improper storage, or use outside intended purpose
- Damage caused by moisture, pests, fire, or other external events
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party resellers
- Cosmetic changes such as minor color variation or fabric texture differences between batches
- Damage occurring during customer-performed moves or transport after initial delivery/setup

## How to File a Warranty Claim

1. **Contact us** at service@phafHome.com or (850) 260-2426 within the 3-year warranty period from your original purchase date.
2. **Provide proof of purchase** — your order confirmation or receipt from Shopify, Walmart, or another authorized retailer.
3. **Provide photos** of the defect and, if applicable, the product's serial/batch information.
4. Our team will review your claim and respond within up to 10 business days with next steps — repair, replacement, or refund at Phaf's discretion.

## Remedies

Depending on the nature of the defect, Phaf will, at its sole discretion:

- Replace the defective component or full unit at no cost, or
- Issue a partial or full refund

Shipping costs for warranty replacements are covered by Phaf within the continental United States, unless otherwise noted at time of claim approval.

## Limitation of Liability

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Phaf and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. Phaf is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from product defects.
