Refund policy
1. Return windows
- Phaf Bed Collection all beds: 100-Night Return Policy — giving you 100 nights after receiving your item to request a return.
- All other products: 60-Day Return Policy — giving you 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it (unused and undamaged).
- In its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at service@phaf.shop.
- If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and specific instructions on how and where to send your package.
3. Restocking Fees
Please note that a mandatory restocking fee applies to all returns:
- Fee: 15% of the order value, capped at a maximum of $149.
4. Inspection Guidance (Upon Delivery)
To ensure a smooth return or claim process, we recommend the following steps immediately upon receiving your order:
- Check Packaging: Inspect for punctures, rips, or water damage.
- Verify Contents: Confirm all boxes and pieces listed on the packing slip are present.
- Surface Check: Examine for scratches, dents, cracks, or missing hardware/accessories.
- Document: Take clear photos of any issues before unpacking further.
- Save Materials: Keep all damaged shipping materials for the claim process.
5. Damages, Defects, and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us at service@phaf.shop immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
"Damaged" refers to items determined by Phaf Inc to be unrefurbishable, including but not limited to:
- Presence of insects/vermin;
- Permanent stains (spills/bodily fluids) that penetrate the filling;
- Irreparable fabric tears;
- Odors that cannot be removed via standard cleaning methods.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved Refunds: You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Delays: If more than 15 business days have passed since your approval and you have not seen the credit, please contact us at service@phaf.shop.
7. Policy Updates
